Mental Health

Helping others improve their mental health is a major passion of mine. After having my own lifelong mental illnesses, it’s a cause that is close to my heart.

If your mental health issues are non-urgent and you would like to chat, feel free to submit a message to me via my contact page or to my email [email protected]. I’ll try to reply as soon as possible.

Should you be in Crisis, while I would love to be able to help you, I’m only one person, and there are other services available to you that would suit you far better.

  1. If your life is in danger, then you should call emergency services. They can help you keep safe while waiting to get you to your local hospital for assessment.
  2. The support services listed in the table below are also a good option if you are feeling suicidal; having somebody non-judgemental to listen to you can be a lifesaver.
  3. Your GP is another fantastic resource and can refer you to other services, such as a Psychologist or Psychiatrist, depending on your requirements.

If you’re into reading, I have put together a few books that you can read and are free to download. I have also written my own book, ‘Conquer Your Inner Demons,’ which goes into much more depth about my life experiences and the different things that help me to manage my mental illnesses. You can access these from here.

I have also compiled a curated list of web resources for you, which can be found under my website’s ‘Mental Health Resources Hub’ section. You can also click here to be taken to the page.

If you have any feedback about my mental health resources, please feel free to email me, and I’ll gladly add and/or update the links as necessary.
